Returns/Exchange Policy

We understand sometimes choosing the right size and style online can be tricky!

If you would like to return your item/s, we are more than happy to process a refund, exchange or store credit for you. 

To be eligible please ensure you have contacted Whistlewood Boutique to arrange your return within 10 days from the date on your original sales invoice.
If you are after an exchange and we cannot meet that requirement due to stock availability a store credit or refund will be issued. Store credits will be valid for 6 months from the date we receive your return.

Please note:
- We do not accept returns, or exchanges on sale / clearance items (unless there is a manufacturing fault).
- All postage for returns or exchanges is at the buyer’s expense.

Here’s what you do:
- Email whistlewood.boutique@gmail.com to let us know we can expect mail.
- Please post your return (as quickly as possible) using a reputable postage service and keep your tracking number handy. All items are your responsibility until they reach our office.
- Please include your proof of purchase and ensure all the original tags and labels are attached to your item.
- All items must be unworn and in clean sale-able condition or your return may not be accepted.
- Please wait patiently, we will contact you once your return has been received and confirmed it meets the conditions above.

RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

A replacement item will be offered to try and fill your original order, if stock or size availability prohibits this from happening then a full refund of the purchase price including postage will be issued. (unless there were multiple items posted in the originally order) 

It is the customers responsibility to check over their purchase and notify Whistlewood Boutique of any garment faults within 10 days of their purchase date.
If a fault is found after this period your refund claim may not be accepted.
Please ensure you check your garment care label and wash all Whistlewood Boutique garments according to the label. We cannot accept returns on mistreated items.

- Email whistlewood.boutique@gmail.com immediately if you find a fault or have concerns with your order.
- Please post your return (as quickly as possible) using a reputable postage service and keep your tracking number handy. All items are your responsibility until they reach our head office.
- Please include your proof of purchase with your return.
- Please wait patiently, we will contact you once your return has been received and confirmed it meets the refund conditions above.
